Job Details 1st Resource Recruitment Agency are looking for a number of reliable carers with good literacy and numeracy skills, good communication skills and a warm and friendly disposition. Your role would be to work on a permanent basis for the Agency completing temporary placements in various homes across South Yorkshire.As a carer you must deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents, following individual care plans, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual's rights to privacy, independence and choice are met. You will be required to complete an enhanced CRB and an NVQ would be an advantage. In return we offer competitive rates of pay and a friendly, beneficial relationship within the Agency and the Care homes.
